7. Payments

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

• Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted, especially for medicines.

10. Return & Refund Policy

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, medicines and healthcare products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product was damaged during delivery.

• The product has expired upon delivery.

• The product is missing from the order.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
